Booking and Appointments
All consultation appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full consultation fee.
