Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address any concerns or provide a follow-up session at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to serve all clients effectively:
More Than 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
24-48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, you may reschedule to a new date within 30 days at no additional cost.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. However, we may offer a credit toward future services on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling
We offer flexible rescheduling options:
- Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free of charge
- You may reschedule up to two times per booking
- Rescheduled appointments must occur within 60 days of the original date
- To reschedule, contact us via email or phone
Package Credits
If you purchase a multi-session package, unused sessions may be:
- Transferred to another person with prior approval
- Used for different services of equal or lesser value
- Refunded at 75% of the per-session rate if requested within 90 days of purchase
Package credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Corporate Bookings
Corporate and group bookings have specific terms:
- Cancellations require 7 days notice for a full refund
- Participant changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the session
- Partial cancellations may affect group pricing

Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is 5-7 business days
- Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
